$349,000 1997 NAVIGATOR 5600 SUNDANCE Power Motor Yacht Tour / Liveaboard Boat

We are back with our Affordable Liveaboard Yacht Series and today we are taking you on a Power Motor Yacht Tour of this 1997 NAVIGATOR 5600 SUNDANCE.
The reason we wanted to show you this "Lady" is that someone has spent the time and the money to do the right upgrades and the proper maintenance. She has a very nice layout with a private entrance Master Cabin, a tiered pilothouse with great visibility, as well as a fantastic Flybridge and the cockpit. Rico also was pretty impressed with her Engine room. She would make a great Liveaboard Boat, Condo on the Water, or Weekend Cruiser. She is currently listed for sale for $295,000
One thing I forgot to mention in the video is that if you are thinking of buying a Boat to Live on, the LOA does matter. For example, in MDR lots of Marinas require a boat to be a minimum of 35ft to be approved for an Official Liveaboard. #PowerYacht #NavigatorYacht

The condition of this vessel is amazing. Especially the engine room. the engines look brand new. Plenty of storage space. The layout and space is very comfortable. For a 24 year old boat it is in pristine condition.

lol, I love watching the two of you give yacht tours. Not only are we provided great information about the boat, but we are thoroughly entertained as well during the process. that boat/yacht is a ideal live aboard when you compare it to house/apartment prices in that part of America ... you have a great entertainment section on the fly bridge and on the cockpit also comes with aa large dingy and a smaller one so you and your guests can go on wee adventures and scouting out for good spots to anchor the boat what a great boat ... thanks for sharing Rico & Victoria .... just goes to show there loads of life in older yachts if you look after them right

That looks to be a very well maintained boat. You can see the pride in ownership everywhere! Love that they kept some of the old school electronics, like the house phone and cell phone, great conversation pieces.
Me and my wife are RV’ers, but I can see living on this for months at a time.

this boat is really really interesting, spacious, comfortable the layout is really cleverly thought out!! most of the navigators are highly sought after for their interior space! those who are a pity is that there are very few in europe because manufacturing

I like the practicality oozing throughout the whole boat. Take the master cabin as example, the boat is only 4.57 meter in width and it still fit a kingsize bed in it. We have a lot of new modern boat with wider beam but with a much smaller bed in the full beam master just to give more space to make the airy feeling. We definately spend most of the time in our bedroom on bed. So a bigger bed absolutely has preference over something like a chaise lounge.
I also love the true full beam lounge area with everything in the right place. It's more like a living room of a beach-side condo, the only difference is that you could change the view outside of your window as you wish.

The stabilizers and engine room definitely perked my attention. I would knock out the cabinets behind the 2 chairs in the salon and fabricate a built in couch with storage under the cushions to really open up that space. Great find.

If I was selling my yacht, you are a perfect couple for this mission....the editing is done every well, choice of music is perfect...the emotion level is always very positive....key rule that you do well, if you see something that could be viewed as a detractor, you choose to turn it into a positive by pointing out all the possibilities you s the new owner can make...your vibration as a couple is perfect...one is spirited, high energy, the other balanced, anchored and reserved...the entire presentation flow is perfect, good job, have watched everyone of your vids, you provide great info and provide an entertaining info vid....thank you for another job well done

YouTube kept recommending this one to me. It looks as if you made it several months before I started watching your channel and the boat has probably sold by now, but it was a good watch anyway. It's hard to believe this was less than 2 years ago -- you guys have come so far since then! It's nice that Victoria will never have to be jealous of a refrigerator or full washer-dryer ever again, and Rico will always have an engine room he can stand up in. But it's hard to imagine how much work you guys had to do behind the scenes to get to where you are now.
