I like your minimalist approach to furniture. It is easy to clutter a place up. Since you asked for feedback, here are a couple of comments. There are a lot of blank white walls. You should put some art up on them. You were probably going to do that anyway but just thought I'd mention it.
Another thing is that rug in the kitchen. If you are going to do any serious cooking there, you'll probably regret having that rug there when it gets wet or get those inevitable food stains.

Hey Richard, Thanks for the investment information. I completely agree with your ideas for the foyer table and bedroom decor. A mirror above the foyer table would definitely help to reflect natural light into the room, making it feel more open and inviting. A flower vase would be a lovely addition as well, adding a pop of color and freshness to the space. As for the bedroom, a large rug under the bed would not only look great but also feel cozy when stepping out of bed in the morning. A green plant would also help to bring a natural element to the space and promote a sense of calm and relaxation. Great suggestions!

The entrance table you have chosen is an amazing piece of furniture; however, the scale is a little too large for the niche. Perhaps utilizing it as a side table will create a great statement/ focal point in the dining room. And, placing benches with metal legs in the niches will have the impact of complimenting the chandelier that you’re after.

I love the table. It looks unique. Definitely a black and white vase would pop on it and go good with the black and white entry door color 🤙🏾

I wouldn’t put a TV in the guest room since you said that you wouldn’t have guest that often.

Love the lamps in the master bedroom. Since your colors throughout the house are black, white and gray. I would put a small couch at the foot of your bed to keep those same colors. You can always throw some colorful pillows on it if you want it to pop more. In that corner, it may be kind of old-school, but I think it would be beautiful to put one of those artificial tall olive trees in a pot there. Also, a black/white/gray floor lamp would go great there too.

Love the clutter free patio. The only thing I would do is add some colorful live flowers or some artificial palm trees.

Rug to big for the kitchen. You need a long runner. It can be red or black. I will choose red due to all the black rugs throughout. I will also choose a reddish vase on the island. Red will make it pop.

I like what you've done so far. Suggest you resize the main TV to a 73 inch, so that you can see it from the kitchen counter. Thats what I did. You need another larger table for the patio.

Consider for the primary bedroom hanging the TV on the wall, that furniture is a statement piece by itself, consider rug colors in a blend of grays, blk and white, consider always keep the toilet lid down if not in use. Consider painting the frame if the mirror in the guest bathroom black to make the wall pop.

Richard, congratulations on the beautiful new house. I hope to move into a house, by this time next year.
I just want to give you a couple of pointers, as you decorate your new home, but first just remember that you will be moving things around for a while, just to see what fits and what doesn't.
1. For the rug in the kitchen, it is a beautiful color scheme, however, the beautiful black rug will only be destroyed in the kitchen, there are too many spills and the dropping of crumbs, in the kitchen. Now, you may see a small rug and/or mat, in a kitchen, in front of the sink, but it is mostly there because it makes the body feel better, because of the hours that it can take to cook meals. Rugs are there for decoration, and to catch any small water spills, that will happen, however, just a small rug is best for that.
2. Also, the entertainment cabinet in the bedroom is not for clothes, you put your entertainment items in there (DVD's, maybe a small stereo, if you little to relax to music. Maybe, if you work on your iPad or laptop, you can put them in there just to storage them, when you're not using them. Your clothes go in the draws of your dresser.
3. And I love your bathroom, however, just go with adding another black rug in front of the shower, that way it will be uniform!

Beautiful home! Designing my custom home is definitely a goal of mine. So, this is inspiring!

In the primary, you do not need the dresser, it’s crowding the space. I would place the dresser in a guest room. The cabinet with the tv is a statement piece and storage, alone. I like the lamps with the black shades, but maybe consider going bigger. They look too small given the size of your other furniture and ceiling height.
The kitchen could use a runner rug. Consider, a lighter color with black accents (since this is a fav of yours) or a jute runner rug.

I like how the pool area is coming along. Excited to see the rest your home come together.

You can buy a floor TV stand that sit up high enough and put it behind the side board and mount the TV on the stand. That way you can have all the space on top of the side board

I think it is very very important that you employ an interior designer with immediate effect. It will cost you but you will have a lot of input as to what your vision is and ensure your vision is realised.

Put a nice expensive silk arrangement on the table. You need a splash of color here and there. Replace the silk flowers with real flowers once or twice a month.
