The Baykar KAGEM and the AeroVironment Switchblade 300 are both small loitering munitions whose effectiveness is enhanced by launching them from Drones.
Bayraktar's KAGEM
The KAGEM Loitering Munition is developed by Turkey's Baykar Defense.
It is intended to be launched from Bayraktar drones such as AKINCI, TB2, and TB3.
The KAGEM "Mini Navigation Missile" is an accurate loitering munition that can operate for up to one hour.
Its jet engine allows it to achieve a normal cruising speed of 0.3 Mach (360 km/h) and a maximum speed of 0.7 Mach (720 km/h).
The communication range is over 50 kilometres, and it has an operation range of over 200 kilometers.
It has a length of 1.73 meters and a wingspan of 1.25 meters, which enables it to operate at an altitude of up to 18,000 feet and carry a munitions load of 6 kilograms.
The zoom camera system of the KAGEM enables it to capture images from up to 2.8 kilometers away.
KAGEM Loitering Munition paired with Bayraktar TB2
Bayraktar KAGEM can transmit telemetry data and video to the ground control station through the attached main platform such as the TB2 UAV.
TB2 is a medium-altitude, long-endurance tactical drone produced by Baykar Defense.
It has a maximum flight time of 27 hours and a service ceiling of 22,500 feet.
Adding the KAGEM loitering munition to its range of weapons will give it precision attack capability from a stand-off distance.
Switchblade 300
The Switchblade 300 is developed by the U.S.-based company AeroVironment.
Switchblade 300 can be launched from a handheld or vehicle-mounted launcher, or from a JUMP 20 medium UAS.
The Switchblade 300 is propelled by an electric engine, so its small size and silent flight make it extremely difficult to detect and intercept.

The near-silent attack drone is able to close in on a target at 157 km/h. It can fly to a distance of 10 km and loiter over a target for roughly 15 minutes.
The Switchblade 300 is 1.2 meters long with a wingspan of 0.7 meters has a ceiling of 1500ft.
The Switchblade 300 is equipped with a high-resolution camera plus an explosive payload for precision-strike capability
JUMP 20
The JUMP 20 platform’s vertical lift boom with a custom-made bolt-on mount and firing solution was used to integrate the Switchblade 300 tube-launch system.
The JUMP 20 is a medium-sized unmanned aircraft system (UAS) with a vertical takeoff and landing (VTOL) capability, which means it can take off and land like a helicopter.
The JUMP 20 is designed for Air Launched Effects (ALE) operations, which involve launching loitering munitions for precision strikes.
