I know why they’d tell people to hand wash that Jack-o-lantern dress: Because of the corseted front. I had a jacket like that and put it in the wash, then it came out with several of the grommets (?) completely torn off, and the string was shredded. 😬 Next time I get something like that, I’m gonna get one of those netted bags that people usually use for bras.

Back in the day Blackmilk clothing was all made in Australia. I don’t buy no more since all there stuff is made in China and you still paying as much.

I don't think 'made in China' is synonymous with bad quality. There are some excellent factories in China that produce beautiful clothes.

I actually think the black dress had better manufacturing details than the red. I have quite a few Blackmilk pieces and they are unique and well made which helps me to justify the price but it has always bugged me that the majority of the designs are printed on white fabric. You can see the white peaking through the seams on your red dress and for a high quality price tag that's annoying! Overall though I think they look great on you and I hope you get a lot of wear out of them!

Omg that first dress with the pumpkin faces is to die for <3 I really love it :) I've never ordered from them but I get emails all the time and had the impression that they sold different kinds of clothes than what you are showing. Great review Sweetie, and I'm so glad you did this :)
