Excel Can't Insert New Cells Because it Would Push Non-Empty Cells Off the End of the Worksheet

In this video, I demonstrate how to deal with the
"Microsoft Excel Can't Insert New Cells Because it Would Push Non-Empty Cells Off the End of the Worksheet" error.

This error is often caused because there is something in the last row or column of the worksheet. This video demonstrates how to identify if there is formatting, formula or data in the last row or column and how to clear it.
