Just gave it a watch from a dvd found at Penny Lane, great fun and the hour flew by.... So cool to see local spots back in the day as I grew up in Lyttelton. And a well needed creative reminder for me that "You don't make art to make money, you make money to make art" Cheers!

Hey, David Owen. You're right. We aren't terribly popular etc. We never cared too much about 'selling tickets', as you call it. We never thought we were Oasis, or whatever you think success, or the reason to be in a band is. Never cared too much about record sales either. We like playing together, value our long friendship and like making a huge noise on stage and in the practice room. Margaret Gordon et al were interested in our history enough to spend time and effort making the film. She has made a film that's a good watch. What was your last project? Anything interesting? We like the film. It's funny. Too bad for you that you to miss out on a film that is what it is for its own sake. As far as I'm aware none of the money to fund it came from your wallet, so maybe you could just be one of those people who wish others well. It's a nice feeling to be a part of something the likes of you will never understand.
