I live in Salisbury, UK and also voted best place to live too at some point. I was sent here and didn’t chose to live here. But the ducks and swans are better than the seagulls. Hey Rabbit. The way that those electric fencers work is by sending out a pulse of electricity and if an animal touches it then they get shocked. If that is blinking, that means it is probably working. You could put a volt meter on it, or put a wire on the connector on the fencer and touch it to metal and you should get a repeating shock.

the 0-14 pH charts go about $48 for 100. but 2-10 ph are under half that
so while pool owners can use, i suspect professional use items
