How to Install and Set Up NordVPN on Android Devices

First of all, you need to download and install the NordVPN application on your Android device.

Tap on the Play Store.

Enter NordVPN in the search bar and select the NordVPN app. Tap Install.

When the application is installed, tap to open it.

You will see the main menu of the application. Click on the Log-in button and fill in your NordVPN credentials.

If you are logging in for the first time, you will get a notification about our CyberSec feature.Turn on the feature by clicking on the Turn CyberSec On button. You can find out more about the CyberSec feature below, in the video description.

You can now connect to a server with the Quick Connect button. Using an algorithm for various server parameters, Quick Connect chooses the best server for you at any given moment.
You may be greeted with a few explanatory and warning messages. These are the default Android warning messages for VPN connections. Once you go through the explanatory messages, tap the Continue button to proceed and accept the warnings. They may also require you to mark a checkbox in the window.

You can also tap any of the map pins to choose a specific country. Then, tap the Quick Connect button to connect to a server from that country.

Once connected, you will see a green bar pop-up in the application indicating a successful connection.

With NordVPN up and running, you can enjoy private and secure internet browsing.

I tried using Nordvpn in China for 2 weeks. It was installed on 2 android phones and an iPhone. I could only get it (some obfusc servers) to work consistently on pudong Airport wifi. In all other locations, not limited to but including Unicom cell data, residential dsl Internet, other airports, hotels... It Never once worked. So all in all it worked on my first and last day.

Cannot choose different servers in different countries on Android setup. Just chooses one for you.

Hi, thanks for this video - if I connect my phone to a US-based server over cellular data while I'm outside of the US, turn on my hotspot, and connect my laptop, will my laptop's IP address also show as within the US?

Actually the problem is that i am connecting a server but before connecting it its saying buy this one plus or something like that .Everytime i connect this it says this and the server dosent even connect . Can you please reply how do i connect the server. So do i have to buy that thing?

in the mobile app when i go to specialty servers it only shows me two options, p2p and obfuscated servers. why dont i have the option to connect to a double vpn, dedicated ip, or an onion over vpn? how do i fix this?

Trying the Nord VPN 7 day trial in the US. Samsung S21 user. Can't see map or options to choose other countries. It just lists US cities.
