As an Integration coach, I've been sharing variations on these themes with my clients for many years, but I really appreciated the way Graham packaged the message with poignancy, lightness and clarity. My favorite insight is how we often resort to building a helmet around us to protect the nail in our head rather than pulling it out. It's a powerful insight that you'll have to watch the lecture to understand what I just said--it will be well worth your time!

"Follow your energy", What a great quote to hear instead follow your passion. This talk was great and I learned so much from this single video. I am in my third year of college and for the past two years, I have been living my college life in fear and making it smaller and smaller. It was pathetic. I wanted it out of my chest but I feared my friends would not understand. But now I will implement whatever he told me to embrace that feeling, defeat it, and go forward. I hope everyone like me watches this, learns, and starts implementing it as soon as possible.
