The new type of warfare with drones and the immediate detection of armored vehicles gave the Ukrainians two options in their ever-shrinking bridgehead in the Kursk region -

Either they would be destroyed during the retreat - or they would attack again and put everything on the line to at least get some room to maneuver.

This is not an attack - this is an act of desperation! Militarily or strategically it makes no sense. Any officer who orders something like that is simply a war criminal who doesn't care at all about his men...

Russian MOD reported that the Ukrainian Armed Forces launched three attacks (involving three columns of military equipment) in the direction of the localities of Berdin-Novosotnitskoye in the Russian region of Kursk. The attacks were carried out by the 36th Independent Marine Brigade, the 82nd Independent Assault Brigade and the 47th Independent Mechanised Brigade of the AFU. Russia claims that the attacks were repelled by Akhmat units, including the 2nd Akhmat Brigade and units of the Sever (North) Group of Forces of the Russian Armed Forces. It is reported that Ukrainian losses reached at least 20 units of various military equipment, including four battle tanks. Furthermore, at least 200 soldiers of the UAF have been eliminated since the start of these attacks. Video exists of the Ukrainian columns and tanks being destroyed by Russian FPV drones artillery and anti-tank weapons. The so called new electronic warfare technology didn't work from the video evidence of FYP drones striking and destroying UAF armoured vehicles and tanks..
