My Son Is the Father!

The plaintiff says her son dated the defendant, who is now pregnant. However, the defendant was married when they were together, and still is. The plaintiff says no one knows who the real father is. She is suing for a security deposit, rent, and cost of a U-Haul. The defendant admits to being married while they were dating but says she and her husband were separated and still are. She says the plaintiff’s son knows the child is his, but if he doesn’t want to take responsibility, then she’s happy to raise the child on her own.

Once the baby is born, it's not "my body, my choice." If he's the father, he's going to have rights, and there's nothing she can do about it.

In all likelihood, she knows that baby isn't his AND is bitter that he isn't treating her like a wife.
