Singapore Airlines Business Class A350 | 16 hour flight from SIN to San Francisco | SQ is the best?

We finally arrived in #San Francisco after 16 hour flight from Singapore. It was not easy to flight a long haul trip with small children, but Singapore Airlines had made it such a nice experience for us!
Prior the flight date, Singapore entered a small lockdown due to Covid-19 outbreak right in Changi Airport. It was a little scary to flight at that time. But we made it through! We had to take Covid-19 PCR test (for all passengers, except children below 2 years old) to show negative result in order to board the plane. And of course, lots of paperwork needed to be checked by the ground staff to ensure we have proper documents to enter the US.

SQ Business. The only time in my life where I could not eat another bite of lobster. Enough already!

Wow well done steak, that's bad. 
As a chef I know that any grilled meat, fish and poultry, as soon as they chilled and reheated, they loose. all the moisture and juice. Therefore Every time I get on business class, I tend to order slow cooked food because they are more suitable for reheating and ingredients remain tender.

I’m rather partial to JAL. Sing’s great, but I think JAL is a little better.

Kids in biz class. So not cool. Fly economy or leave them at home. I spend good money for peace and quiet and don’t need little brats running around bothering me.
