Another nice video, thanks Dan! Can you give us your thoughts regarding ARK ETFs? You carefully choose larger volume ETFs and recommend them to us. ARKK is bigger than XLE and SLV now. It seems that Cathie Wood and her ETFs model are very popular especially in North America. I personally own a few of the ETFs. I am wondering how you view and think of such active managed ETFs. Is there anything we have to be careful with these ETFs? I see the management fees are 0.75% and high, but the performance is really good.

Really appreciate the facility with which you identify your nationality/race. Such dispassionate reference is most helpful with honest discussion. None of you market analysts seem to be able to quickly assemble some visual aids to help with your lectures. If you were to use a Monopoly board with the contracts (mortgage cards; only you redefine them with a Sharpie and a white sticky label) and money I'll bet you could improve your lecture value 300%!

Even if margin trading is one of investment techniques, I do not do that with debts. Hopefully, margin debt will not be a trigger the bubble burst. Each central bank has thought folks and companies are stimulated by low-interest rates via banks, but it makes me wonder it’s best. Thank you for showing an article we can’t overlook!
