I'm going to sleep at 4 am lmao but the thing with making your bed is that achieving little goals like making your bed, brushing teeth, cleaning up, like general little tasks during the day will give super tiny little boost of dopamine and a feeling of achievement which will contribute to your general mental health. Do this for about 3-4 weeks and it will create a pattern in which your brain wants you to make those things and for over 6 months to create a habit in which a day without doing it is almost unthinkable for yourself

Dunno why I end up watching other peoples morning routine but I really have to say the part about making your bed in the morning is way more important then people think, look up Admiral McRavens Motivational Speech "If you make your bed in the morning, no matter how bad your day will be, you will have accomplished atleast one task for that day, and also coming home to a made bed". :D And also the way you peel/cut that Orange has something artistic to it. As I am German I simply shout at oranges and they peel themselves. xD

I think your decision to freeze your medical school education is a very good one (if you don't like medicine that is)
I quit Hacettepe Dentistry in 2013, and I have ZERO regrets.It has enabled me to focus on a bunch of other stuff. Self improvement for life!
Your YouTube channel seems to have taken off so I think the momentum here is going to be more than enough in a business sense (AKA you will earn more than an MD and you can still study medical textbooks if you like)

My sleep has been so messed up, partly because of staying home most of the time. I don't have insomnia but I like to be awake around dawn because it's such a serene time. So sometimes I would wake up around 4 am; sometimes I would sleep around 6 am.
