I still remember seeing this movie in theaters when it came out and let me tell you it was one of the biggest anxiety attacks I’ve ever had until Dunkirk was released. Excellent, unending tension.

So according to most of these comments, people couldn't even sit through a movie that was a bit over an hour that had never before seen visuals and music. Are we really losing patience ?

This has to be one of the best and most suspenseful movies I've ever seen. Yes, the visuals were stunning and you yourself feel like you are in space. The absolute terror that Sandra bullock conveys is exhilarating, and it just seems so real. 10/10 movie.

This movie was both terrifying and breathtaking. Literally though I felt like at times I couldn't breathe.

This was one of the best movies i've ever seen. It's like I was actually in the movie. It was more of an experience than an actual movie, truly amazing. A must see!!

This movie was incredible. Filled with so much soulful imagery and not to mention Sandra Bullock's amazing performance. The way she accepted death blew my mind especially the fact that it was all filmed in one take. I hope people see how impressive and mind blowing that is.

It's not slow, it's immersive. And the chair gripping suspense scenes makes you want a few peaceful moments.

I remember being in the theater seeing this trailer for the first time with a bunch of 20s and 30 year olds, and hearing them erupt in awkward laughter and booing at this movie.

If only they realize how great this movie way.

This movie is a perfect example of how people react when a movie they don't like is so incredibly successful in every margin. All these people condemning the movie and mentioning the PHYSICS of all things are just hysterical. This movie is successful and BAM, all of a sudden everyone who doesn't like it unleashes their nonexistent-until-now physicist purist and bashes that aspect to death, usually holding it as one of the worst parts of it (the rest is just complaining about the movie not having explosions, shooting or sex every five minutes). Afterwards, the purist disappears again, and never returns. My uncle has a freaking PhD in physics, and he complained a bit about the few mistakes, yet he still loved the movie. Quite an entertaining spectacle.

The last time a movie hit me so hard visually and emotionally was when I was watching Sunshine. But Gravity is just so beyond words. Brilliant movie!

I saw this saturday night in IMAX 3D, it was visually breathtaking and stunning. I spent 1hr 30mins in space. There were times when I was flinching from the realism. Great movie
