If only cold calling was this easy. And even if you do get an opportunity to book a meeting, always look to disqualify. Let the prospect qualify themselves. Try to find their problems, see if they have done anything to fix it. Are they willing to fix it. This will save you a whole lot of time and prevent no-shows.
