I reset my Post RS Errors when you said and by the time the video ended I had around 340 errors on each column from DS-2 - DS-7 and on DS-1 and DS-8 I had 900 errors. All of this happened in about 8 minutes! What should I do?

my friend download ones are at 13-14 and he was told by vm that is just on the limit but fine (his internet connection is awful) he wants to fix it himself any advice?

I barely get 10Mbps most of the time with 200Down and 50up package

DS-3 has thrown out 80, 000 errors within a few minutes. Power level seems okay at -3.02, RxMER is really low at 25.91. All other channels are okay. Anyone have an idea what's up with it?

all my power levels are within tolerance except for a few weeks I have had a constantly flashing up/down arrow, confusing upstream channels ( 0 -not locked, 0 - not locked, 1 - locked, 2 - locked) should there be 4? Im on the vivid 100 package and my upper limit d/l is 115Mb/s and upload is 66 Mb/s. Long story short I get constant rubbish downloads, cant watch you tube properly, bb speed tests returning upload speed failed errors, intermittent network loss on wifi and ethernet. completely frustrating me. I think the router is totalled, its the newer one for +150Mb speeds ( I downgraded a while ago from 150Mb. Also getting +30000 pre and post errors on all streams even after a counter reset. I have had a -10db and a -4 db and no attenuator fitted on box in the past to correct power levels but nothing is curing this problem. I think its time for a call to India for someone to read off a cue card before resulting in a new box being sent out.
