All of these symptoms from past 5 years to till now i feel relax only in isolation i hate people and havent any desires for worldy life and fact is iam only 21 years old anxiety depression medicines iam using but nothing happened good for me please pray for me i go in social isolation atleast 2 years I loose self confidence having low self esteem Idont know why i have these problems in my life before covid i was extrovert and live happily and enjoy every moment and good in studying also but after covid i lose all of my skills please pray for me iam in difficult situation (please ignore my english i know u understood what iam trying to say luv u all😢)

Mein apni family sb sey khoobsurat healthy, tez traar, confident,hr kaam chutkiyun mein krne wali kehlai jaati thi ..hr kisi sey khush hokr milti thi now m totally different person from past 5 6 years . M very weak mere face pr pigmentation hogyi hai.body mein bhut kamzori mehsoos hoti hai, saal mein aksar bimaar rehti hu kbi kuch kbi kuch 😢I don't like to talk to anyone, i overthink n ruined everything around me ..sometyms i want to cry unnecessary.i can't even concentrate on my studies.i trying my hard from last 4 year's for my exams but at the end i get only 50% in competitive exams and passing marks is 85% . Allhumdulilah mera nikaah hogya hai 2022 mein ab rukhsati krni kbi kbi dr lgta hai ky agr mkhy sch mein nazar lg gyi hai toh mera rishta na toot jaye ..

Yes i have some symptoms.. Like shivering of muscles from last year, feeling sleepy, abnormal sweating, forgetfulness whrnever i open my books my eyes are fill with sleep like i have not sleep for a minuteEtc... So what i do now.. Neither any medicine works for me.. I haveso much pain and neck problem cant do any work properly.. I have back problem.. medicine is like soil for me plz plz plz help me..and pray for me😭😭😭
