How to make a PDF from any document in Windows 10

One of the more useful and long overdue features in Windows 10 is the ability to create PDFs from just about any application. Generally, if an application lets you print, you can create a PDF from it by selecting "Microsoft Print to PDF" as the printer.

Good, it worked. A PITA spent hours trying to get HP printer to print something. Now it
prints PDF files, so will convert OneNote to PDF to print. I really hate complicated stuff.
Everything should be simple.
