The Rebalanced Dispatch Enhanced Mod fixes these three missions from GTA 5, along with many others, to make the story more coherent and immersive.

This mod singlehandedly made me switch from Gta online to single player modding. Could never see myself playing vanilla that much anymore after finding this mod especially with the parachuting soldiers at 6 stars and K9 units, which I feel are implemented really well in this mod.

The Juggernauts and K9 Units alone make RDE the best police improvement mod.

I always found it funny how they sent the freaking army on you for robbing a small bank in the middle of nowhere, but when you rob the biggest bank in the state, you fight regular street cops and SWAT.

I was always confused why NOOSE agents were used everywhere. Now I see it was just laziness, and not because NOOSE was the ONLY tactical agency GTA5's county had.
