Not a United fan here and as Liverpool fan, please feel free to keep letting that guy rob you blind as a club, but he's not that good, he's lazy and he just has to go.

It's that simple

United fans will never gaslight us into thinking SAF had no money as if he wasn’t breaking transfer records and bringing in 4 players at a time every window

In my opinion Pep is a hugely important and infulential manager in world football because he has changed the way we look at football. His philosophy has become THE philosophy in pretty much every league. But in my eyes that has also been an issue for some teams. Look at teams like Southampton trying to build from the back and play and expansive brand of football. Even an amateur viewer it's an awful watch. And you could argue that Pep himself has fallen so deep into his own philosophy that he can no longer see the wood from the trees. City aren't playing crap because Rodri is injured. They are playing crap because Pep is insisting on doing things one way instead of looking at other options.

There is no such things as a stupid question when some journalists are still describing Rashford as united most prized player.

why do ManU managers always make the same mistake? just a carbon copy of Mourinho's, ten hag's fall outs with players. Amorim's original comments were always going to stir thing ups. why didn't he just say he wasn't selected? if he wants him out, do what Maresca did and just tell them they must leave. No-one can argue with the facts then or make up theories

Face reality Mark……Rashford is not anywhere near a world class player, he’s in fact at best a decent player, but currently he’s awful because he’s sulking, yet again!

Pep’s undeniably best manager in history of the sport. Klopp’s in top 5 of all time. Arsenal fan here (Mikel’s admirer also).

Imagine running a Man Utd podcast and only now realizing that a lot of the players in the team are overhyped (because of the team they're on). I also found it funny to bring up Mourinho as the rules that are now getting in City's way of buying success were brought in after years and years of Chelsea buying success.

You're right Mr Goldbridge. Pep is fantastic, but is always at well run clubs, that are well financed, and stocked with the best players.

He did well in updating Barca when he took over, but it wasn't a complete rebuild, he also had world class players to fall back on, as well as those he chose for his main team, while he tried to create the team he wanted.

That being said, all managers and clubs need to spend at some point, it's just that Pep is more dependent on that and the club being in a perfect state, than is currently portrayed by most people in the public domain

For all of Fergie's success, I'm sure he would have created other worldly football, had he had the Galactico's of Real Madrid.

All this best manager ever talk, is almost always bollocks anyway, the criteria that is often used, is not appropriate, winning trophies is obviously important but a lot of that depends on how well run a club is, and the state of the others teams and clubs in the league.

When Ole finished second in the league, it didn't mean, it didn't mean he was the second best manager in league that year.

If Pep manage to create a new team and keep on winning trophies, like Sir Alex did at least three times at his reign at Old Trafford, then Pep is definitely not overrated. But he needs to show he can handle a generational change of a squad. Regarding Rashford, absolutely spot on. Been sick and tired of this guy since covid. Yes, he had a good season in 2022-23, but that was an outlier. He has moments, but nothing more. Now its not even moments.

The coach rattled Rashford & Co’s cage to gauge their reaction. No roll up sleeves and fight for place. Time for a change.
