Samsung Galaxy S23 FE vs Xiaomi 13T Camera Test

Camera Comparison between the brand new Samsung Galaxy S23 FE against the Xiaomi 13T which is also one of the biggest competitors of the FE in terms of price!

Some important thing to notice:

1. Every daylight picture is taken in auto mode without adjusting any of the settings and they are being displayed without edits!
3. All pictures during night are taken with night mode enabled with automatic seconds!

13T darker at shadows that how is it in real-life and that's kinda pro photographers ususaly wants. But in pro section you can adjust light mode and ISO to lighten up shadow areas so that's not a downside about 13T it's just different take on photography. 13T offers better contrast cuz while black is black but also green more green and warmer on Xiaomi 13T side. So yes S23 FE lights up dark places but also weak on already lightened places and shows way cooler/grayish tone. Which is not a real-life thing (on sunny days at least).

Also 13T has 2 main photographing mode that developed with Leica. 1st one is "Leica Vibrant" which gives a stronger contrast and more popping up vibrant colors and that makes darker areas more blackish. But the 2nd mode is called "Leica Authentic" that gives you softer and more real-life realistic photos that similar to S23 FE (but with better saturation).

13T photos tend to be more brighter cuz you used only "Leica Vibrant" that's why it has better contrast but under strong lightning conditions it'll expose some places.

13T offers more customization and handling compare to S23 FE.

So my take is like this, if you're a bit "average joe" when it comes to photohraphing and you dont wanna do manuel stuff you just want automated consistency. And you're more of a "selfie" photographer then yes S23 FE would be a better choice. Cuz S23 Fe offers a better floor level to users.

But if you're open to more configuration, customization and experimental stuff and you care more about rear cameras than front (more traditional photography compare to selfies) then Xiaomi 13T offering much higher ceiling than S23 FE to it's users.

the qualiy of pictures is quite similar (I prefer a bit S23) but 13T in my country (Italy) costs about 250€ less than the S23 FE so I bought Xiomi.
Adding 200€ the contest should be 13T PRO vs S23 FE

Seems she's a Samsung fan girl, when 23FE photo brighter that 13T, she said 23FE produce brighter while other way around she said 13T washout and also about detail 23FE clearly shown over sharpening but she said keep the detail better LOL

the s23 makes the night picture become daytime especially the sky, its not that bright, its a nightime, xiaomi took better photos at lowlight scenarios

Daylight photos seems to be over sharping on the 23fe while the 13T seems to be balanced tho i like how the s23 fe is lifting the shadow and the colors are consistent
In low light photos the 13T is sharper has better details
Ultrawide is more consistent tho you need enough light
while the s23 has brighter image and sharper in dark areas
Overall it's still hard for me to decided whice 1 is the winner
but the s23fe did better then i expected
Also the price of the s23Fe is actually equal/higher then the 13T pro for the same ram and gb

S23 FE showing waaayyyy toouch, the 13T is better for me, i want good shadows like reality and keeping some depth that you remove on Samsung with trying to make shadows bright.

If I had the money I'd just go with the S23 FE, but the price diff is around 210~ usd where I'm from. 13t it is.
