I would have thought that 2FA was not necessary with Passkeys but it seems that it can't be removed just yet.

That is NOT an easier experience that "remembering a password". There is no "remembering a password" in the first place. The computer always autofills the password and it's a single click rather than the 4-step process you go through for this ridiculous passkey setup. Count on Amazon to always make things MORE difficult, technocratic and complex, not LESS. It's like they have nothing better to do but increase fascist totalitarian control over their sellers. Ridiculous nonsense.
