Heart Chakra Meditation For Activating Divine Love
Показать описание
Prayer and meditation are a powerful combination for healing. In this guided visualisation you will focus on balancing your heart chakra with your breath and words. Your heart centre benefits from your loving attention and acknowledgment. You are building a relationship with this powerful, unconditionally loving part of your energetic system. When you acknowledge your heart and take the time to balance it the other chakras benefit. Your heart is the midway point between the lower physically oriented chakras and the upper spiritually oriented chakras. Which means they can all benefit. Love heals all wounds.
MY EQUIPMENT:
The good thing with a bolster is that it is so versatile. You can straddle it, or sit cross legged with your bottom on top and your legs folding down (this greatly reduces the fold around your pelvis when in a seated position!). In a lying meditation you can put the bolster under your knees, or in a relaxation meditation you can lie length ways across the bolster allowing your shoulders to drop back.
I really enjoy using a bolster, and it is very handy if you are meditating often, however, a folded blanket or sitting on a chair will always suffice too.
BACKGROUND MUSIC:
