Dr. Baker, you are 100 % correct. Doing sprints the last few years, I have never felt better. Former distance runner. Chronological age 63yrs, biological age 30yrs. I do get a lot of looks running that fast at an older age.

Hell ya dr. I’m 30 and was a collegiate athlete. Now with two youngsters at home I want to be that forever athlete for them. It’s great seeing your workouts, and it gives me plenty of ideas for my own home gym. Never stop!

Just looking at you, I can tell you are in great shape! As a fellow sprinter, I hate long distance running and it is really bad for your health: hard on your joints, hard on your cardio vascular. Stick with sprints... numbers are not important, ratios are!

I admit to being envious of Dr. Baker's fitness. It is quite impressive. I am in my early 60s and I am trying to regain some of the fitness and muscle mass I had in my 40s. I have never been much of a weight lifter but I do like to get some reps in with my dumb bells. I have been a full on ketovore for several years and I have lost nearly all my excess weight. Watching Dr. Baker kick it makes me want to get into a more serious fitness routine in my own life. I used to be an avid cyclist. I spent several years where I religiously logged 120-160 miles per week on the bicycle. It was transformational to my physique and my metabolism. I would like to see how much I can get back. Watching Dr Baker definitely inspires me to see how much I can get back.

starting my rehab this week after a hip resurfacing. Stitches are out and I'm on the walking pad every morning now. Dr Baker has inspired me, also 57 years old, for a few years now since I saw him on Rogan.
I honestly believe between Dr Baker, Dr Berry and a couple of others that they truly saved my life.
That is all the inspiration I need and the weights being 360, 450 or 10000 doesn't matter.
