I had my bristle nose plecos breed and couldn't find enough people to give them away to. So now I have a very clean 40 gallon tank that I have to vacuum weekly. 😅

Used to work for a petshop with multiple breeding pairs. We always had to separate the albino babies as they would "disappear" after a few days. Do you need to separate yours?

Just remind people not to throw them in a lake or anything when they get too big for their tank because plecos are awesome at doing what they do is far as cleaning up your algae but don't throw it in a lake when it gets big and they do get big

Mine only spawn once and never had a follow up spawn.
It's been 6 months since the female laid eggs.
Tank is 4x3 by 2.5 feet
It has a lot of different caves, rocks, driftwoods and pots. Ph is 7-8.0 nitrate 5ppm, ammonia 0, nitrite 0 their tank mate is only cherry shrimps. I do water change every week or two no bright light with two sponge filter, water pump, overhead sump and wave maker. Their diet is zucchini, cucumber, pumpkin and I sometimes add bloodworms and carnivore pellets.
1 male albino bristlenose and 3 female long fin albino bristlenose. God dang I've been waiting for them to spawn since no one hatches from the first batch
