A LEGO technic truck at 9 studs long, 7 studs wide and 4 studs tall. Features fully supported structure, functional steering and rear wheel drive.
The only special parts you need for this is 4x the grey L shaped connectors, and obviously a set of micro technic wheels. They could be found on very inexpensive brick sets.
Other parts you need includes
-6x 3L axle with stop on one end(two for two front wheels, and four for steering mechanism)
-4x blue 3L pins, seen across the side of the truck.
-3x 4 length vertical arms, two on each rear side of the truck, one between the two grey connectors on top.
-2x connectors with two axle holes facing one side and pin hole offset 90 degrees(wheel hubs).
-2x connectors with two pin holes offset 90 degrees with one axle hole(seen on the side of the truck, dark grey).
-2x 3L axle seen in front of rear wheels, and in rear axle.
-90 degree transmission bracket, with set of yellow and black bevel gears(seen on rear end of truck).
-1/2 L washer for rear axle.
-1x 3x5 arm located on rear axle.
-2x 3 L pin with 2L axle and 1 L pin.
-(optional) 1x 2L connector for driveshaft.

Imagine sticking one of those tiny 9v motors in it to make it go. Though finding a battery pack small and light enough would be tricky….
