I put olive oil on my asparagus with a lil adobo seasoning then put it in the air fryer for 8 to 10 min max. It comes out so good

In the freezer section, usually have smoked sausage or Kielbasa. Get a pack of that a pack of Spanish rice or even just regular rice when you get a can of diced tomatoes with green chilies or if your store has it, you get a can that has the diced tomatoes, corn, and okra. Get yourself some Cajun seasoning you cook up your rice and after that’s cooked you add your cut up sausages, your canna vegetables it’s been drained and the Cajun seasoning plus you could add like some is garlic and stuff which they also sell there and you got yourself dollar tree jambalaya. And you make a big enough amount that you have leftovers to have the next day or you could feed the family.

Recipe for a decent frozen asparagus.
Olive oil, salt black pepper.
Pan fry on high. Make sure the pan is hot before you add the frozen rock hard asparagus.
Don't defrost your frozen veggies before eating.

Rice cooker techniques: boil with two cups of water, black pepper [1tsp] salt, [2/3 tsp] olive oil, and a cup of washed white rice. Cook. Until cooker turns off. Enjoy with a drizzle of olive oil.
