In my 20s I was set up on a blind date with an ER Dr. by my landlord. She had gone on and on to him about how special and cute I was and he was so clearly disappointed right off the bat that I was just a normal girl. 😅🤣🤪In the end it was fine because he's was littered with red flags but it was a very awkward afternoon! He was very handsome so at this point in time I don't blame him for expecting a swim suit model but it was all pretty cringe back them. He drove a Hummer which was hilarious. I've never met a real human outside the military who drove a Hummer. I'm not saying he was a total tool because I only spent one day with him but he did call in back up which is where we should have just parted ways. We went on a hike and he had friends meet us there which he clearly wouldn't have done if I had met his visual standards. He and his friends made fun of me multiple times for wearing shoes on the hike which I thought was so weird because he was an ER Doc! I get that he was really image based but to have a doctor make fun of you for wearing shoes on a hike (we were walking up a river bed with lots of terrain changes) is just a level of form over function I've never going to get down with. His friends that showed up were a couple I guess. She was lovely and fit the bill for the arm candy these fellas so desperately needed. The other friend that showed up was a Veterinary student who was hauling a poor little kitten around and a backpack in the sun all day. I tried talking with him about the cat because I had a bottle raised cat at home and he had no interest in anything I had to say. I literally couldn't wait to get out of there and was basically done with blind dating forever by the time I finally got out of the Hummer that evening. 😂 oh man

i met a girl once for a ...predate? at the mall..she brought a friend which i got. it was when they "happened" to run into two boys from their high school...and they all sat with us. and then she got mad i didn't talk much when they were talking about people from their high school ( i was several states away from where i grew up)

When I was 15, didn't really knew how dating worked, a guy randomly asked to hang out on facebook. At the end of the hang out, he asked if we could date, I said sure. Next day I go to hang out at his place and he presents me to his whole family and then tries to kiss me in front of them. I know we were 15 but still one of the most awkward things lol ("broke up" with him a week later as I was avoiding him)

Hot people not being told there's still things to do and not do reminds me of a number of people. But what gets to me is that you're then not even taken down a peg for your bad behavior. And I recognize it myself. I let a guy I thought was gorgeous jerk me around on communication, ignore me for weeks and then back out on dates when he didn't even really do it for me in person, because I loved looking at him and being intimate with someone so my physical type. Didn't even finish but I was like "he looked good trying".

Being able to play off the crowds with improv like Tay can has always been an amazing skill to me. While I do love comedians who just do a set, like John Pinette, Taylor's ability to improv is amazing.
