You have a short memory. That's the goofy grin that *_ALL_* of the Skibidi Toilets made back in the old days. The Master Toilet only did it after, like, the first ten or so, but the others did it from day one. It was a tasteful nod to the series' origins.

Also, one thing I noticed: at the start, you can see that the Master Toilet's actual toilet is still the plain white one from his debut, and he is just wearing armor. That means that while the toilets can fortify themselves and add augmentations, their actual toilets cannot be changed.

G-Mans scream is probably represents how he feels getting defeated over and over which probably gave him a serious PTSD because he just couldn't have himself get violated again. He not only suprisingly gained a more massive IQ but also became insane and sadistic as he enjoyed to see how Entrapper Astro Toilet is killing himself before preparing to end him whit a insane grin.

okay, time to explain.

the claw astro toilet was like you said, doing something to his brain.
the "electricity" or energy was going through his head and STARTING to mush up his brain.
g-man was tweaking because of his head/brain (which was probably in a lot of pain!)
also him grinning was, like you said, him knowing what’s going to happen!

the energy ball (the first one) was like the camera strider shooting g-man, or when injured titan cameraman shot the astro. so when he got those it was obviously him using the knowledge from the alliance.

idk how the energy balls infected the astro’s claws energy exploded, right? and if the energy from the astro’s claws exploded that means when he started grabbing his head (uncontrollably) he wasnt mushing his own brain up, because of the energy being dammed out.

Its difficult to say if Titan Camerman was always able to talk or if it was because of the astro toilets claw, because thinking about it, if you head back to maxedys video, you can see that the cassette people gave the cameramen and speaker men voice boxes so they could talk, now this could be strongly related to the skibidi toilet episodes how they have some kind of machinery that allows the titans the talk (like the tv race) OR the most popular theory that people are saying is that is was because of the astro toilets claw, but if you think about it, what would the claw have to do with the Astro toilet, doesn't it have to do with something with the toilet itself, because thats the thing that is talking, not the machinery of the toilet,
Also, according to DaFuqBoom, he said that the skibidi toilets knew every language in the universe, but they just decided to speak their skibidi language, which makes sense because most toilets were previously already humans, so it wouldnt have to do with a claw or anything that is ON a toilet. So what if the cameramen and speaker men have some kind of tech like that which can let them talk?
Obviously this is just a theory so not everything will be accurate or correct.

Also the part where g toilet gets held by astro toilet, he wasn't brain changed. The claws gravitational power to crush things like the welder was used on gman which caused him to scream since his head was about to be crushed

My theory is that at the end of the Astro-Toilet era, the OG toilets and the alliance team up to attempt to kill the big boss astro, but that juggernaut type toilet stops them by someone sacrifices themself to kill the juggernaut.
