My biggest business mistake…

If I could UNDO something in my business…

I would undo how long I waited to start charging money for my help.

That statement sounds crazy now, but in the beginning everyone was saying, “Serve your people for free, build your audience. Then once you’ve done that really well you can ask them to become clients/customers.”

I wish I hadn’t waited.

You can still give value to people AND have some of them pay you for your time. It is important that you establish a business relationship with your audience from the start.

If you could UNDO one thing in your business, what would it be?
