My thoughts... Big formula companies don't want to lose their profits. They don't want people discovering that there are healthier and cheaper options. They want their monopolies to continue on. Commercial formula wasn't always in existence and there's obviously a whole lot of people that stayed alive without it.

That lady is straight up lying. Being intolerant to cows milk does not mean you will "more than likely" be intolerant to goats milk. For years I avoid milk because of the stomach cramps if gave me but a friend of mine suggested I try goats milk about 2 years ago and guess what? No stomach cramps! I also find that I am able to eat small portions of fermented cow milk products like yogurt or kefir. But anything with regular cow milk I get horrible cramping and a long trip to the bathroom. Doctors don't have all the answer.

Weston Prices formula is perfect, our grandson flourished. The recipe calls for molasses which has iron in it, lots of healthy fats and vitamins as well as whey which adds probiotics. None of that is in powdered formula. Our grandson was puny and when we made his formula he absolutely FLOURISHED.

after breastfeeding, I used goat milk- 2 yo is happy and thriving! so smart. wouldn't change my mind. We don't offer infant goat formula or it isn't approved by the FDA...psh you can find places online that get from overseas...Holle brand is great. I am a medical provider, too. Ashamed that the medical community doesn't actually educate themselves and instead recite what books or some other uneducated licensed fool.
