Once you make the Scanner Tool, you can take out the battery in it and the battery will always be fully charged. Use this method to instantly charge batteries early game!

*Advice For New Players*
Make sure to keep a second Repair Tool for a vehicle upgrade that you may want late game called the Docking Bay Repair Module.
Once you have 2 Repair Tools, hold onto any cave sulfur you find! DO NOT make flares, they are rarely ever used. Instead, make repair tools and take out the fully charged batteries. Then get rid of the extra repair tools however you like. It can be a pain to make new batteries early game before you can charge them because copper is valuable early game. So use this method.
