It comes with 4 spare tires and a tire removal tool, just insert the tool into the two holes on the wheel and push it in all the way to compress the plastic spring mechanism that's keeping the tires in place. Slide the old ones out and put the new ones in before pulling the tool out.

As with any battery-powered device, do not store your car with the battery at a 100% state-of-charge to extend the life of the battery.
