iPhone 11 and 11 Pro review: 2 months later

In September, Apple announced the iPhone 11, 11 Pro and 11 Pro Max as follow-ups to last year's iPhone XR, XS and XS Max respectively. The new phones pack a new ultrawide-angle camera, an A13 processor, Night mode for photos and iOS 13. In a season filled with new phone releases like the Samsung Galaxy Note 10 and the Google Pixel 4, the iPhone 11 impressed us early on with improved battery life on the higher-end Pro models and one of the best all-around camera systems found on any phone today. But the launch was soured by various software bugs in early versions of iOS 13.

Over the past two months, I've been using the iPhone 11 as my daily driver and the 11 Pro as my work phone. During that time we've done in-depth tests dropping the phones, submerging them underwater and comparing their cameras to other phones.

Here's what I think.

The iPhone 11 gets you more bang for the buck, even in person the LCD and LED screen difference is hardly noticeable, they really upped the LCD display this year. And I doubt most people actually used the ultra wide lens in their day to day camera use

About the screen, I have the 11 and one of my best friends the 11 Pro. We laid them side by side playing the same video on 1080p and on normal viewing distance it's hard to tell a difference apart from one thing which immediately stands out on the Pro due to amoled: the blacks are blacker. Other than that, as said in the video, unless you lay the 2 phones next to each other you'd never be able to tell. Despite the sub 1080p and LCD technology I still don't understand how this panel looks much better than most android amoled phones (except the top tier ones with similar tech like the 11 pro). Apple did some magic trick

For the regular iPhone 11 the green color Is definitely the best, it’s not really green but a mixture of green and blue.

So i choose the 11 pro in midnight green.

Happily picked up the iPhone 11 pro max 256 gb space grey, needed that OLED display, stainless steel rails matte black back panel 6.5 in display smaller bezels, it was a no brainer for me and i love the phone 🔥🔥🔥

The main reasons why I would get the 11 pro.
-The steel instead of aluminum.
-Telephoto lens
-The size. (I like the smaller size)

But is it worth the extra money? 😬🤷🏻‍♂️
