Hey what is going on guys, today im sharing with you my review of the Fanatec McLaren GT3 V2 Wheel Rim!! Ive been using my Fanatec CSL DD almost every day for 8 months straight, and this is my full thoughts on it!! If you guys did enjoy and found this video helpful a like and a sub would mean alot!! Nice one Jacob. I had my McLaren wheel [and CSL elite LC pedals] for 2 months before I received the CSL DD last September, but boy was it worth the wait. I love the rubber grips because wearing gloves to play a sim is not cool IMO. I also have arthritis in a wrist and a few fingers, and gloves would cause me pain due to restricted movement, but using the wheel is very comfortable because of its ergonomic design.

Ive been running the same setup CSL DD and the wheel for iRacing. I use it almost DAILY!! The only wheel I own and I love it.

I use one of these too. But I could not stop thinking about the fact we're talking about a 200$ Wheel being cheap, when there were times where my whole Rig wasn't more than 200$. Now I use 3 wheels and this one is my cheapest.

I had this wheel but it just felt too "cheap" for me with all the plastic and qr. I changed to the BMW GT2 v2 wheel as well as the F1 eSports V2. I also couldn't get used to the shifter on the McLaren.

I have thisbwheel and love it. Have to say that I change the QR for the metal one Give it more an heavier weight. I also change the shifters to the magnetic ones from Simmakerz. With that done shifting goes better and so much lighter and less loud. The wheel have an medium feel.

Its the perfect steering wheel to begin in the Fanatec ecosystem. Just sold mine and replaced it for a podium hub + clubsport shifter + turnracing r305 and a button module and its the perfect upgrade 3 times the price :/

Because the motor is mounted on a desk, there is way too much flex. For proper review on the wheel part, you will need a firm mount with absolutely zero flex. Only then can you define the build quality properly. It's a fun wheel and looks nice, but valueing it at 500 bucks is a bit too much. Have fun playing with it though!
