In the settings menu go all the way down to ”advanced settings” and tap that button then tap on the ”refresh gamedata” button which should fix it.

I am not in Vegas but also having so many more issues with the game recently. It doesn't load, takes multiple restarts to even launch.

Johto was the worst events Niantic has hosted- limited tickets, low shiny numbers, faulty connections, crowded location.
