Tasneem’s late father, a highly regarded Mombasa Advocate founded K.A Kasmani Advocates in 1954 and banked with Giro Commercial Bank which I&M Bank acquired in 2017. At this point, Tasneem had joined the firm as a Partner and impressed by the seamless crossover, they maintained their accounts with I&M Bank which Tasneem credits for providing superior digital banking solutions despite her early reluctance as she has not always considered herself to be tech savvy. She points out that the ease of banking is further complemented by a responsive and solution-oriented team led by our Haile Selassie (Mombasa) Branch Manager, Mirav Shah. In her words, “I&M has always been there for me which is why I still bank with them. They are very organised and will always have a solution to my problem.”
