Empowerment Affirmations - I am here, I am whole, I can have anything I want, I am not afraid

We so often step back and let the world dictate how we feel, when we do this we do not show up in our wholeness as ourselves. It's time to stop that nonsense right now. In this video I talk about a healing session that I gave where we used affirmations to empower and solidify ourselves, yes, I did it along with my client, so that we can be present, whole, and have anything we want, and we are not afraid of that. Because we are not afraid, we are just told that we are afraid. It's time to take up our space in the world, set our own good, strong boundaries, and say yes to things, and no to things.
