can someone help me? in developer site is saying “You’ve already agreed to the Apple Developer Agreement.” and the ios 18 developer beta isn’t appearing (iphone 12 pro max)

you don't have to sign up, unless i already did bc i used to have the old betas back then for like ios 16 and stuff . but idk i just clicked the software update in settings and beta updates were off and i clicked it and it had options for 17.6 and ios 18
