I've almost completed MP Remastered and it's absolutely amazing how much detail was put into the Switch Version. The team who was in charged on this project went above and beyond and if I had to rate this from 0 to 10 I have absolutely no problem giving this game a 12. I'll most definitely will be picking up Metroid Prime 2 & 3 and to be honest I hope they don't put both on the same cartridge. They each need their own solo case and plus they can pack more data and graphics if it just one and not both.

Metroid Prime has always been a masterpiece. Most people underpreciated this game when it came out. I am just glad that people are starting to pay attention. Welcome to the federation bounty hunter.😄

You're probably one of a few rare people who were actually playing metroid from the beginning and it coincided perfectly

I just finished my 100% completion Hard mode run of this game a little over an hour ago. Two runs (Normal and Hard), 100% item collection and scan logs in both. 14 hours in my Normal mode run, and 10 hours in my Hard mode run.

I played the Trilogy version of Prime some years ago, and I *still* adore this game after playing through the remaster. You have to beat the game once to unlock Hard mode, but I really recommend doing a playthrough of it to anyone who's looking for a challenge, or looking to fully unlock the gallery. I had a fair few really close shaves!

It’s wild to see these young guns FINALLY discovering what they’ve been missing with the Metroid Franchise.

I remember getting the OG Metroid back in 1986 for my eleventh birthday. It took me two months to complete that game without having maps or the internet to help.

I’ve been a massive Metroid fan ever since and I always wondered why the Metroid franchise never really got huge. Gamers have been missing out for DECADES… but it seems as though that might finally be changing.

I bought the digital version and I'll tell you what, I'm seriously considering buying a physical version. The Metroid series is dear to me. I remember watching my older brothers play through the og metroid and Super Metroid when I was super young. I later played through them as well as Fusion and Zero Mission when I was older and I absolutely loved it. I also had the privilege of being at the right age to play through Prime One around when it first came out and I was blown away. I've always loved the metroid series and this remaster is just steeped in nostalgia form me. But also, like you said, the remaster very clearly has so much love and attention put into it. I'm genuinely excited for the future of metroid. I haven't played Dread but I may now go back and buy that game and play through it because that's just how excited I am about this Metroid renaissance.

I'm not ashamed, I bought digital first cause I couldn't wait any longer and pre-ordered physical. Mine arrived 5 days after release date so not too much delay. I hope we get the other two games treated in the same manner and my absolute dream would be a remaster like this for Ocarina of Time and Majora's Mask for the 25th anniversary of Ocarina of Time. I doubt they are going to do anything for the anniversary because of Tears of the Kingdom coming out in just a few months. It would be amazing if they did every master of Ocarina of Time and Majora's Mask and released it on the 25th anniversary in November. Knowing Nintendo online access is all we will ever get to those games on the switch unless you jailbreak it

You should play Other M just to try out the 2.5d and be sad at how bad the story and game length screwed up what otherwise could have been another cool way to play.
