So... If a mother and her newborn are killed in an unfortunate accident 20 minutes before Armageddon starts, they have the hope of the Resurrection. If they survived the accident, 20 minutes later when Armageddon actually starts, they are bird food. Yeah... That makes a lot of sense.

I was once on ministry with an old sister who looked at the school kids in the playground and proudly said they would be destroyed because their parents wouldn't conform. I was horrified. It was one of many things that woke me up.

My brother wants to thank you for using the birds story. He always remembers that elder talking about the vulture and birds population multiplying as proof that the end was near.

Cool! You used the birds story. You know, we actually did research to see if what that elder was saying was true. We never found any scientific article confirming that the vulture and crow population was growing in an unexplained manner. By the way, nice touch having all the crows everywhere, LOL!

Thank you Doc! Makes me think back over being instructed while in service. Being lectured about never becoming attached to worldly people like those we get to know on return calls or long time Bible students who don't attend meetings. Because they are set for destruction when the birds come to feast. Gotta love those loving Dubtowners- not half savage, are they?!
