There is no way her and Joe broke up "a few weeks ago" this song is very clearly about her and him and the downfall of that realtionship and the struggle to move on from someone you know you aren't right for but need to move on from, yet you still feel loss and gut wrenching sorrow and a bit of jealousy. Poor tay tay. She's really been through it this time. But I think it's safe to say... Her and Joe have been over for a lot longer than has been reported.

Hey, for all your Australian swifties (this may be helpful for other international swifties too), I found Midnights lavender edition CD (as well as Vinyl but I don’t buy vinyls) at JB HI-FI but it’s limited to one per customer (which I think it has that policy for the other versions of Midnight) and sells for the same price as the other versions of Midnights which was $25AUD
