I tried to find the square root of 474721 using your method. The last number ending with 1, has a square of 9 and 1, by using 9, I am getting (689), and by using 1, I am getting (661. What is so fascinating is the digital sums for those three different numbers are identical to be 7. If digital sum determines the correct answer, then how can I convince some one about the reliability of digital sum as the ultimate proof when all of them end up having identical values.

According to this method, in the second example, if we take 6 as third digit and solve, we get 716 as the answer. And the digital sum of (7+1+6) x (7+1+6) is also 7. Thus, it matches with the digital sum of 538756. Then how will we know that our answer is wrong? If you have a solution then please provide it. I am confused.

Any 2 or 3 number ending in 5 when squared will end in 25. No need for 5*5.

we take more than one or 2 minutes also..
how to find it we are taken number is wrongly..
again we use digital methods more, more times...

doesn't work for any 3 digit number ending in 0, or 5. Or if second digit is 0, or 5. Or if last digit is 2, middle digit is 6. AT BEST, you can always get first and third digit correct, but second digit is ALWAYS 5 if the last two digits of 6 digit number IS THE perfect square, i.e., 906304 IS 952^2 because 0...4. is 2^2 and 9^2 = 81 < 90 and 9025 <9063 so second digit SHOULD be > 5 but BECAUSE last two digits are 0 and 4 it is 5. Same for 554^2 = 306916, and 453^2 = 205209. Doesn't work for 980^2 = 960400, because answer is 9...0 or 8 but 9025>9640 so ... > 5. Since two zeros, "00's" at end implies last digit 0, ignore last two digits and look at 9604, 4 is either 2 or 8 but because > 5 it is 8! 920^2 = 846400 is the same as ... < 5 so 2! DOES NOT WORK WITH 911^2 829921 as 9 is obvious, and 1 is obvious, but 21-1=20=2x2=4xSD=**2=3 which is < 5 but NOT 1. It also can't be solved as 1^2 = 1 x 2 = 2xSD = **1 = 0.5 IT MUST BE SOLVED LIKE THE 5 RULE STATED ABOVE: BUT since 90x90= 8100 instead of and 91x91=8281, knowing the second digit MUST be < 5 but it VERY CLOSE to 90^2 IMPLIES it MIGHT be 1.
