Wouldn't it make more sense for the hospitals and residential to be first because who's going to school if you don't even get any sleep because you don't have heat??? Close the schools until they can get the power back up it's not that big a deal to miss school than it is not being able to have heat in your house and live. Who's making these rules I mean this is common sense people.

They did close the school for shelter no courts because using as shelters also hospitals are on generator power tree branches and trees are still falling
