Montblanc 146 Generation Comparison

Comparing three different generation of Mont Blanc, 146. Doing a reasonable job of showing the difference between the nibs, the ink windows, the feeds, and overall differences.

Nice collection. Broad nibs on German pens are effectively stubs but with tipping. The Solitaire are precious metal editions, and the marking I believe is actually 925, and that is sterling silver. It's a sterling silver guilloche pen. The feed on the 1970/80s pen actually has a ridge. It's call a split ebonite feed, and helps with ink flow when flexing the nib, by keeping the feed and nib in contact.
