I did not know this song. Today I had to make a final decision which last song to play on my son's funeral, who passed away on Sunday morning in the 21th April 2024 in my arms. He was 24 years old.
God lead me here and this tells his story even if it might be written to tell another story. He called for Jesus two days before while he suddenly agreed to pray. He asked for belief and faith and healing and he proclaimed that Jesus made us righteous before god. Jesus instantly answered his call and his fever sank.
The next day my son prayed in gratefulness and thanked Jesus for giving him healing and that he is allowed to live. But the next day he suddenly died of pulmonary embolism.
I saw God's Plan, that he couldn't move away from Jesus again and that he will be saved from more coming pain, because from birth on, he had medical disorders and he was bound in his wheelchair not able to walk or stand.
But God heared my prayers that none of my kids shall die without finding Jesus. Second Child save, two left to bring them to the Lord.
His sins are forgiven and he is asleep. God told me, he is in his hands. One day I'll see him again.
