I was first skeptical of the bmw bikes because their displacement is so low and they are single cylinder motorcycles. But after watching many videos one can clearly see that bmw has offered top notch built quality better than any other bike in the segment according to many reviewers

The service interval of 10k km is good to have and up to 5 years warranty unlimited distance is also a good deal

Plus u get the great styling and bmw swag

Stable performance enough for daily use and most Indian road speed limits and conditions

Driving it is like driving a luxurious sedan compared to driving KTM ( a really good machine )which is like a super car something that focuses on performance rather than comfort also most of these sports bikes heat a lot like KTM compared to tvs Apache
So until Royal Enfield releases their 650 cc bikes and ninja 300 the price drop version I think bmw is safe



I’m in a market for a bike and if bmw offers good service ( I have to check ) after sales then I’ll surely consider buying it

Over all it’s a capable bike if bmw expands their dealership network

Like both BMW & Kawasaki.... But with the huge price cut, Kawasaki has become a pure VFM... Kawasaki is a far better option in this price bracket... In every aspect(except Fuel Efficiency) it excels.... & Twin Cylinder plays a pivotal role in the Japanese machine. 😊😊😊😊

KTM Duke 390 is still the King. Service network matters A LOT especially in India. Kawasaki also defeated in that regard. KTM also tried and tested in Ladakah by many riders results are on YouTube.

The important part which I don't understand is in other countries BMW 310r is priced same or even below Ktm Duke ....how come they're are so heavy priced here considering the fact that it is actually made by TVS which should make it very cheap in India

If you are gonna price it at a premium, then at least make up for it by providing extra gizmos like LED head and tail lamps, the TFT display or something useful.

most of the things are similar as Apache RR310 like- Suspension, switch, Livers, Exhaust, Tiers and obviously the engine :)
