I bought my phone in the us, switched the region, tried spoofing the location, used it alongside vpns, so almost everything... still cant join

I’m in the EU, and I can’t to do this. I already tried almost everything to put apple intelligence on my iPhone 15 pro max, but, nothing. I’m just waiting for another update or something similar. 😢😢😢😢

Just got my new ipad. On my 15 pro, i cannot acced the AI. On my Ipad tho´i have the setting tab sitting right under the accessibility tab. It says "Apple Intelligence & Siri". When i click it there is no sign of AI. When i search Apple Intelligence in the settings, nothing comes out. Looks like a mistake to me. Just like the 3d touch that was searchable in the ios beta.

Buddy—blame the EU. Petition the EU about their overreach. Maybe then you’ll be able to get in on AI. Don’t be fooled—Apple is just the first target.

I bought my phone in Switzerland, my account is Swiss. However, I'm not allowed to join the waitlist. The only tie my iPhone has to the EU is a French eSIM, which I use alongside a Swiss eSIM. I tried switching it on and off, it doesn't help...

I’ll try to get it to work on my M1 iPad Pro! It’s updating now. But I don’t expect much lol

I live in London and Apple Intelligence is not currently available in my country or region.

Probably it will share the faith of Apple Vision. They simply don’t have the “logistics” to support the new technology. AI is very VERY dependable on the local language meaning that it also uses heavily the language patterns that reveal the way the spoken person thinks in order to figure out what that person thinks. For now Apple Intelligence is US English only if I’m not mistaken and will be followed by the UK English. It takes a lot of effort to develop AI in more languages / speaking patterns

It must be the device registration itself as I bought mine in uk and I got the Apple Intelligence I spent 1 hour on the waiting list

Guys I live in Australia and works fine.
Go to General/Language and region and change to Inited States, then go to Apple intelegence and Siri and change to Language again to United States with a US voice, the waiting list will populate, I was on the road so it was 6 hours before I was notified it was ready but an hour after I was on wifi it was ready at home, I’m thinking because it’s a 3 GB download.
Assuming you have a 15 pro or pro max .
Beta 18.1 feels a little more smooth than the 18 beta

It doesn’t work in the UK either, at least not for me. I haven’t tried setting the language to English US though, but I will one day
