This is hard to think this way “you are not your thoughts” but still possible .. dealing with HOCD
When the thoughts are far from who you are and are 100% disturbing bring so much discomfort. It’s hard ..

Do you do online therapy sessions? Or know someone that specializes with ocd thoughts and negative sometimes harm ocd thoughts. No one in my area does this
